Do I have to be present at the time of the scheduled service?
You do not need to be present for the scheduled work. Lane and the crew have a detailed work order that sets the crew up for success upon arrival.
What time will the crew get to job site?
We will notify a window of arrival when scheduling your work/ project. Typically between 8:00 am - 8:30 am. During the winter months our crew typically starts around 9:00 am depending on Ice/ Snow on equipment and roads.
Is Pisgah Land Solutions fully Licensed and Insured?
Pisgah Land Solutions, LLC warrants that it is insured for liability resulting from injury to person(s) or property as required by law. Certificates of coverage and licensure are available upon request.

What payment methods do you accept?
As a small business, we appreciate payment by check, through your bank’s bill-pay service or via Zelle/ Venmo. This helps us limit the cost of credit card fees. Payment by credit card is available if you prefer, a 3% charge will be added.
Cancellation or Re-Scheduling ?
If there’s any inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances affecting your job’s date, we will be back in touch to reschedule.
